this can be quite easily corrected. Setup is frequently given least attention
because timesavings and other advantages resulting from proper setup are
hard to estimate. Setup equipment does three important things:
1. Clamps the work piece to the machine table, floor or wherever the work
piece must be secured.
2.Aligns the work piece to the principal feed directions of the machine.
3. Stiffens weak work pieces to better resist cutting forces without chatter.
